Refund and Return Policy

At Serene Yards, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our 30-Day Return and Exchange Policy offers flexibility and peace of mind, subject to the conditions outlined below.


Return Requirements and Shipping Costs

To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in their original condition, with no signs of use, wear, or damage.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
  • Be clean and free of odors.

For returns due to customer preference or remorse (e.g., you changed your mind or selected the wrong size or color), you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse.

If your item is defective, damaged, or if we sent the wrong product, we will cover all return shipping costs, and you will receive a full refund or exchange.


Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns that are not due to defective products or our error. This fee covers the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned items.

Exchanges are exempt from the restocking fee unless the exchange is due to customer preference or remorse. In such cases, the 25% restocking fee will apply to the original item being returned.


Exchanges

We are happy to process exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products of equal or lesser value. For higher-value items, you will be responsible for paying the price difference.

  • Customer Preference/Remorse: You are responsible for return shipping costs (deducted from your refund) and the shipping cost for the new item. A 25% restocking fee will also apply to the original item being returned.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Serene Yards will cover all shipping costs, and no restocking fee will apply. You will receive either a full refund or a replacement product.


Refund Calculation and Processing

Your refund will be calculated as follows:

  • The full purchase price of the returned item(s),
  • Minus the 25% restocking fee (if applicable),
  • Minus any return shipping costs (for customer preference returns).

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
