Order Process
1. Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt and pre-authorization of your payment. This email will include your order number and a summary of your purchased items. In the rare case an item is unavailable, we'll promptly contact you to discuss alternate options.
2. Order Processing
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Order Shipment
In-stock orders usually ship within 3 business days of order confirmation. Once your order ships, you'll receive a separate email with tracking information within 24 hours. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-7 business days via standard shipping.
4. Delivery
Most deliveries are made Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. Please ensure someone is available to receive larger items that may require signature upon delivery.

Upon receiving your package, please carefully inspect it for any damage. If damage is observed:

- Take immediate photos of the damaged packaging and/or products
