We're delighted to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous states of the United States. No hidden fees, no minimum purchase required - just easy and affordable delivery straight to your door.

Order Process

  1. Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order.

  2. Order Processing: We typically process and prepare orders for shipment within 1-3 business days.

  3. Order Shipment: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 24 hours.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Parcel Shipping (Small Items): Shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days after shipment.

  • Freight Shipping (Large Items like Grills & Fireplaces): Shipped via LTL freight carriers (e.g., FedEx Freight, YRC). Delivery takes 3-10 business days after shipment. For large freight shipments, the carrier will often contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure the shipping address includes a phone number where you can be reached.

  • Total Delivery Window

    The maximum total delivery window for all orders is 4 to 13 business days (1-3 days processing + up to 10 days freight transit).

Crucial Freight Delivery Instructions

Your signature on the delivery receipt acknowledges that the goods were received in acceptable condition. For a successful damage claim, please follow these steps carefully:

  • 1. Inspect Before Signing: Do not sign for the shipment until you have inspected it in the driver's presence.

  • 2. Check for Damage & Shortages: Look for visible damage to all boxes/crates and count the number of packages received.

  • 3. Note Any Issues on the Receipt: You MUST note any problems (e.g., "Box 1 crushed," "Received 1 of 2 boxes") on the driver's paper receipt or ensure they enter an exception into their digital device before you sign.

  • 4. Take Photos Immediately: Take clear, time-stamped photos of any damage, the packaging from all angles, and the shipping label. This evidence is required to file a claim.

Based on Your Inspection:

  • Major Visible Damage? If the product is clearly broken or the packaging is destroyed, refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately at customerservice@sereneyards.com.

  • Minor or No Visible Damage? You may accept the delivery. If you discover concealed damage after opening the package, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and save all original packaging for a potential carrier inspection. Claims reported after 48 hours may not be honored.
