Shipping

Serene Yards offers free standard shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.

 

Order Processing

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships. Processing times vary by item, and we confirm the timeline for your specific order.

 

Delivery Times

Smaller planters ship via standard carriers (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). Large or oversized planters ship via LTL freight with a scheduled delivery appointment, so please include a phone number with your address. Delivery times vary by item and destination and are confirmed for your specific order.

 

Receiving a Freight Delivery

Your signature confirms the goods arrived in acceptable condition. Before signing: inspect all boxes in the driver's presence, note any damage or shortages on the receipt before signing, and take clear time-stamped photos. For major visible damage, refuse the delivery and email us. For concealed damage found after opening, contact us within 48 hours and keep all original packaging.
