About Serene Yards

Serene Yards is a US-based premium outdoor planter brand. We curate fiberglass, fiberstone, and architectural composite planters from manufacturers who build for real landscapes — pool decks that flood, rooftops with strict weight limits, hospitality projects that need to look perfect for fifteen years, and luxury residential gardens where the planter is part of the architecture.

We ship every order free across the United States. We work with homeowners, landscape designers, interior designers, property managers, and hospitality FF&E teams. We don't carry low-grade plastic, terracotta, or commodity concrete — not because there's anything wrong with those categories, but because they're already well-served by every big-box retailer in the country.

What we curate, and why

Every planter in the Serene Yards catalog meets four criteria before we list it:

  1. UV-stable factory finish. Either a pigmented resin or a gel-coat applied at the factory — never spray paint that fades in two seasons.
  2. Frost-resistant in every US climate. No materials that absorb water and crack in freeze-thaw cycles.
  3. Dimensionally consistent across multi-unit orders. Two units of the same SKU should match each other when they arrive.
  4. Engineered weight-to-strength ratio. Light enough for rooftops where required; heavy enough to stay stable where required.

That short list eliminates roughly 80% of what gets marketed as "outdoor planters" in this country.

Our sourcing approach

We work directly with manufacturers in the US and select international partners with documented quality programs. Every supplier is vetted on material specifications, finish durability, freight reliability, and the ability to deliver consistent multi-unit orders for commercial work. We don't list a product until we've reviewed sample units and freight performance.

Who we serve

Our catalog serves three audiences:

  • Premium residential buyers specifying planters for luxury homes, pool decks, and outdoor rooms.
  • Landscape designers, interior designers, and pool builders specifying for client projects.
  • Hospitality, commercial property, and HOA teams sourcing multi-unit orders for hotels, restaurants, offices, common areas, and amenity decks.

If your project is at the multi-unit or specification scale, our Trade Program is the faster door to volume pricing, project consultation, and quote turnaround.

What we don't do (yet)

We're transparent about the boundaries of what we offer today: we don't manufacture custom shapes, we don't operate a physical showroom, and we don't currently offer installation services. We ship and we curate. As we grow, the offering will expand — we'll announce additions on the Journal and the homepage when they're ready.
