We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Non-returnable: special orders, custom or made-to-order pieces, and clearance items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to start a return
Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping anything back; returns without an RA number can't be accepted.

Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility — we can send a prepaid label (deducted from your refund) or you can use your own carrier. A restocking fee may apply to change-of-mind returns; we'll confirm the amount when you request your RA number. For returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover return shipping and waive any restocking fee.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
