Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In new, unused, unassembled, and resalable condition.

In the original manufacturer’s packaging, including all accessories and manuals.

Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items: Special orders, custom products, clearance items, and certain specific parts are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return

) to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. -
Pack the Item Securely: Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Ship the Return: Ship your return to the address we provide. Returns received without an RA number will be refused.
Return Shipping Process & Costs
For returns due to customer preference (change of mind, ordered by mistake), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping is not free. You have two options:

We Provide a Return Label (Recommended): We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.

You Arrange Your Own Shipping: You may ship the item back using your own carrier. You will pay the carrier directly, and this cost will not be deducted from your refund.
For returns due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you, and the restocking fee will be waived.
Restocking Fee & Refund Calculation
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns not due to our error. The original outbound shipping cost is also non-refundable.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
