Wildfire Ranch PRO Built-In Gas Griddles & Side Griddle bring two flat-top options to a single page — a 30″ primary built-in griddle and a compact 15″ companion side griddle, both on the Ranch PRO 304 stainless steel architecture.

Best for outdoor kitchens that want a dedicated flat-top alongside a grill — for breakfast, smash burgers, hibachi, fajitas, eggs, bacon, and side-dish prep. The 30″ WFPRO30GRD has two U-shaped stainless burners totaling 35,000 BTU on a 526 sq in cooking surface. The 15″ WFSDGRD has one U-shaped stainless burner producing 17,000 BTU in a 13¼″ cutout — the same compact opening as the Ranch PRO double side burner.

Both griddles ship with LED backlit knob bezels (the 30″ adds red heat indicator lights) and valve-integrated piezo ignition. The 30″ ships in Black 304 SS or traditional 304 SS finish; the 15″ side griddle is Black 304 SS only. Both run on natural gas or liquid propane.

Gas: natural gas inlet pressure regulated at 4″ (101.6 mm) W.C.; liquid propane inlet pressure regulated at 11″ (279.4 mm) W.C.; maximum working pressure ½ Psig. BTU demand: 35,000 BTU total on the 30″ griddle; 17,000 BTU on the 15″ side griddle.
