How to measure (60 seconds)
- Pick your size: 43" (compact), 55" (mid-size), or 78" (statement wall).
- Framed opening (cutout): confirm your framing meets the “Framed opening / cutout” values in the fit table.
- Depth: confirm at least 7 5/8" depth for the recessed cavity.
- Finish opening: finish material to the appliance finishing stops (height is consistent across sizes; widths vary by model).
- Power plan: plan for a 15A, 120V/60Hz circuit. These units are hardwire only (dedicated preferred).
Clearance note
Minimum clearances to combustibles (quick reference): Sides 0", Floor 0", Top 0", Back 0", Front 36". Mantel clearance is 0" with unlimited mantel depth. Keep cords, drapery, furnishings, and other combustibles at least 3 ft from the front.

Overlap fit: best for drywall (and thinner finishes)
Recommended when the wall is finished with 1/2" drywall (or facing material not exceeding 9/16" thickness beyond the wall framing). Finish material to the appliance finishing stops, then install the Front/Trim Ring so it overlaps the edges of the finish.

Inside fit: clean-face look without the trim ring
