Key Conditions of Warranty Coverage:

• Authorized Retailer: This warranty is valid only for products purchased through an authorized HHT dealer or distributor. SimpliFire products sold by Serene Yards are sourced through an authorized distributor. Your proof of purchase from us is required for all claims.
• Labor Reimbursement: HHT provides a labor reimbursement of $65 for warranty service calls performed by a technician. Please contact Serene Yards to initiate a warranty claim and for details on labor reimbursement.
• Professional Installation Required: The product must be properly installed by a qualified professional in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions to maintain warranty validity.
• Claims Process: For all warranty claims, please contact Serene Yards Customer Service.We will coordinate the claim with our distributor to facilitate a resolution. You will need your proof of purchase, the model and serial numbers, and details/photos of the issue.

Important Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, accident, misuse, power surges, or failure to maintain the product. It also does not cover minor noise from expansion/contraction or changes in surface finishes due to normal use.
