At Serene Yards, we want you to be happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for most items.

What can be returned?

New, unused, unassembled, and "resalable" items

Special orders and non-stock items cannot be returned.

How to return?

Contact our customer service team by email (customerservice@sereneyards.com) or phone (888.254.6088) to initiate a return and get a Return Authorization (RA).

Pack your items securely in the original packaging.

Clearly mark the package with the RA number.

Ship the package to the address we provide.

Return costs:

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Refunds:

Once we receive and approve your returned items, we'll refund your purchase price, minus the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-7 business days.

Cancellations:

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production begins.

What makes Primo’s oval shape unique?

Unlike standard round grills, Primo’s patented oval design lets you easily separate the grill into two cooking zones at once: a direct zone for high-heat searing and an indirect zone for low-and-slow roasting or smoking. By arranging the charcoal on just one side of the grill, you can grill steaks or burgers over direct heat while using the other side to cook delicate foods or larger cuts more gently, away from the flames.
