TrueFlame TF Built-In Gas Grills are the premium tier of the TrueFlame lineup — cast stainless steel main burners, a full LED control panel, and the Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty on every burner, grate, and stainless steel housing.

Best for outdoor kitchens where evening cooking, a lit control panel, and an optional rear infrared rotisserie burner matter. Three built-in sizes: TF25 25″ (539 sq in, 3 main burners), TF32 32″ (716 sq in, 4 main burners plus 10,000 BTU rear infrared), and TF40 40″ (892 sq in, 5 main burners plus 10,000 BTU rear infrared). Each size sells in natural gas and propane configurations.

Construction is #304 stainless steel throughout. Main burners deliver 14,000 BTU each. Ignition is Piezo with manual flash-tube backup. Halogen interior, full LED bar above the knobs, and individual red LEDs behind each knob ship standard. Heat Zone Separators and a warming rack are included with every size.

Cast stainless burners with 14,000 BTU per burner. Every TF grill uses cast stainless steel main burners — 3 on the TF25, 4 on the TF32, 5 on the TF40 — each delivering 14,000 BTU. Plan the cutout from the size-guide table: 23¼″ wide × 8¼″ high × 20¾″ deep for TF25, 30¾″ × 8¼″ × 20¾″ for TF32, 38¼″ × 8¼″ × 20¾″ for TF40. Side and rear clearance: 2″ from a non-combustible wall, 10″ from a protected combustible wall, 14″ from unprotected combustible. Overhead: 5 ft minimum from the cooking surface. Exhaust hood (if used): 1,000 CFM minimum. Gas: natural gas inlet 4.0″ W.C. (min 4.0″, max 7.0″); propane inlet 11″ W.C. (min 10″, max 14″); ½″ minimum supply pipe inside diameter. BTU demand: 3 main burners × 14,000 BTU on TF25 (no rear burner); 4 × 14,000 + 10,000 BTU rear infrared on TF32; 5 × 14,000 + 10,000 BTU rear infrared on TF40. FAQ – All Your Questions Answered

What is the difference between the TrueFlame TF and TFE gas grills?

Both tiers use #304 stainless steel construction, share Piezo & Manual Flash Tube ignition, and deliver 14,000 BTU per main burner with the same Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty. TF adds cast stainless main burners (vs stainless tube on TFE), a 10,000 BTU rear infrared burner on the 32″ and 40″ sizes (TFE has no rear burner), a full LED control panel with halogen interior (TFE has no LED package), and tighter 2″ non-combustible clearances (TFE requires 4″). Cutout dimensions are identical at each shared size — TF25 and TFE25 both use a 23¼″ × 8¼″ × 20¾″ opening; TF32 and TFE32 share the 30¾″ × 8¼″ × 20¾″ opening.

Which TF sizes include the rear infrared burner?

The 10,000 BTU rear infrared burner is included standard on the TF32 (32″) and TF40 (40″) — the two larger built-in sizes. The TF25 (25″) is a main-burner-only configuration and does not include a rear burner. If rotisserie cooking is part of the planning, choose TF32 or TF40. The rotisserie kit (40 lb motor) is a separate accessory. The rear burner can be used with either the rotisserie or the main burners, but never both simultaneously.

Does a TrueFlame TF grill require an electrical outlet?

Yes. Every TF grill ships with a transformer that powers the halogen interior lighting, the full-length LED bar above the knobs, and the individual LED indicators behind each knob. A standard 120-volt outlet within reach of the grill enclosure is required. The TFE entry tier omits the transformer and LED package and does not require an electrical outlet — that is the principal trade-off between the two tiers.

Lifetime, non-prorated coverage on the #304 stainless steel construction, main burners, cooking grates, burner covers, gas valves, Heat Zone Separators, temperature gauges, hood springs, and grill covers.
