Brand position: every TrueFlame grill, griddle, and burner uses #304 stainless steel construction and carries the same Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty — lifetime non-prorated coverage on the stainless steel housing, main burners, cooking grates, burner covers, gas valves, Heat Zone Separators, temperature gauges, hood springs, and grill covers. The TF series adds a cast stainless burner platform and a full LED control-panel lighting package; the TFE series is the entry tier with stainless tube burners and a simpler control face. The five families differ across four axes: tier (TF premium vs TFE entry on the built-in side), form factor (built-in grills vs the dedicated griddle vs the companion burners vs the cart bases), burner architecture (cast stainless on TF, stainless tube on TFE, stainless U-tube on the griddle, brass-plated ring on TFSB2, dual concentric ring on TFPB), and lighting / electrical package (full LED + halogen interior on TF, TFG30, and the burners; no LED package on TFE).

TF is the flagship TrueFlame built-in tier. Cast stainless main burners deliver 14,000 BTU each, the 32″ and 40″ sizes add a 10,000 BTU rear infrared burner for rotisserie cooking, and every TF grill ships with halogen interior lighting, a full-length exterior LED bar above the knobs, and individual red LEDs behind each knob (transformer included). Piezo & Manual Flash Tube ignition system, Heat Zone Separators included with every size, warming rack standard. Three built-in sizes: TF25 25″ (539 sq in, 3 main burners, no rear), TF32 32″ (716 sq in, 4 main burners + 10,000 BTU rear infrared), and TF40 40″ (892 sq in, 5 main burners + 10,000 BTU rear infrared). Each size sells in NG and LP fuel configurations (TF25 / TF25L, TF32 / TF32L, TF40 / TF40L). TFE delivers the same cooking footprint as TF at each shared size — same 539 sq in cooking surface on the 25″ and same 716 sq in on the 32″, same 14,000 BTU per main burner output, same Piezo & Manual Flash Tube ignition, and the same identical cutout dimensions (23¼″ × 8¼″ × 20¾″ for the 25″; 30¾″ × 8¼″ × 20¾″ for the 32″). The trade-offs are at the trim level: stainless steel tube main burners (not cast); no rear infrared burner on any size; no LED control-panel lighting and no transformer in the parts list; larger 4″ non-combustible clearance scheme (vs 2″ on TF); and a 1,200 CFM hood requirement (vs 1,000 CFM on TF). Two built-in sizes: TFE25 25″ (539 sq in, 3 main burners) and TFE32 32″ (716 sq in, 4 main burners), each in NG and LP (TFE25 / TFE25L, TFE32 / TFE32L). Best fit: same cutout opening and same buyer-critical cooking area as TF, at a lower price point for daytime grilling households that don't need backlit knobs or a rear burner.

The TFG30 is TrueFlame's built-in griddle. Two #304 stainless steel U-tube burners deliver 18,000 BTU each for a 36,000 BTU total on a ½″-thick stainless steel cooking surface measuring 30″ × ~16″ (495 sq in). Sure-Strike ignition system on each burner with manual match-light backup, Heat Zone Separator divides the cooking surface into two independent temperature zones, full-length exterior LED bar above the knobs and individual LEDs behind each knob (transformer included), removable stainless steel lid for storage, large-capacity drip tray pulls forward for cleanup. Two fuel configurations: TFG30 (Natural Gas) and TFG30L (Propane). Cutout: ~28½″ W × 10⅜″ H × 19⅞″ D. Best fit: outdoor kitchens that want breakfast cooking, smash burgers, hibachi, fajitas, and side-dish prep on a permanent flat-top — instead of a portable Blackstone-style cart that has to be wheeled in and stored away.

Two companion burner builds on a single product page, both designed to drop into the same island as a TF or TFE grill. The TFSB2 Double Side Burner delivers 24,000 BTU total across twin brass-plated ring burners — sized for boiling, sautéing, sauce reductions, and side-dish prep alongside the grill. The TFPB Power Burner delivers 60,000 BTU on a dual concentric ring burner with independent inner/outer ring control (two control valves), and ships with a removable wok grate plus an integrated wind shield — sized for high-output stir-fry, paella, low-country boils, and outdoor stockpot cooking. Both use #304 stainless steel construction, Piezo & Manual Flash Tube ignition, removable stainless steel lid, and the same LED control-panel package as the TF grills. Cutouts: TFSB2 is 10¾″ × 7¾″ × 20½″; TFPB is 14″ × 7¾″ × 18¾″. Four fuel configurations across the two builds: TFSB2 (NG), TFSB2L (LP), TFPB (NG), TFPBL (LP). Six cart variants convert any built-in TrueFlame unit into a freestanding cart-mounted grill. The CART-TF-25DC, CART-TF-32DC, and CART-TF-40DC are the premium TF-series carts — sized for TF25, TF32, and TF40 respectively. Stainless steel construction with magnetic-latched access doors, 4 commercial-grade casters (2 locking, 2 free), propane tank storage with cylinder lock-down, two foldable side shelves, and an interior paper towel holder. The CART-TF-GRID30 is the same cart in the dimensions that match the TFG30 griddle. The CART-TFE-25 and CART-TFE-32 are the entry-tier carts sized specifically for TFE25 and TFE32 — same magnetic-door / locking-caster / shelf design at a lower price point. Best fit: patios where a permanent island isn't planned, or rentals where the buyer wants the option to move the grill.

• Permanent built-in island: Plan the cutout from the dimensions in the per-model table above. TF25 / TFE25, TF32 / TFE32, TF40 (premium only), and TFG30 all install as drop-in built-ins. Side burners (TFSB2) and power burners (TFPB) drop into the same island as companion units.
• Freestanding cart-mounted grill: Pair the grill with its matching cart. CART-TF-25/32/40DC for the TF tier, CART-TFE-25 or CART-TFE-32 for the TFE tier, CART-TF-GRID30 for the griddle. The cart includes propane tank storage with cylinder lock-down, magnetic access doors, locking casters, and foldable side shelves.
• Hybrid (cart now, island later): Buy the grill plus the cart now; the grill drops out of the cart and into a built-in cutout when the island is ready. No second purchase required.

• Yes, regularly: Choose TF32 or TF40. Both include the 10,000 BTU rear infrared burner standard. Pair with the optional TrueFlame rotisserie kit (40 lb motor). The rotisserie can be used with either the rear infrared burner or the main burners — never both simultaneously.
• Occasionally: Same answer — TF32 or TF40 give you the option without paying for it again later.
• No, never: TF25, TFE25, or TFE32 are simpler builds without the rear burner and have a lower price point at the same cooking footprint.

• Breakfast, smash burgers, hibachi, fajitas: Add the TFG30 Built-In Gas Griddle alongside the grill. 495 sq in flat-top with two 18,000 BTU U-tube burners and an independent two-zone Heat Zone Separator.

• Natural gas line at the island (4.0″ WC inlet pressure): Order the no-suffix configuration — TF25, TF32, TF40, TFE25, TFE32, TFG30, TFSB2, TFPB. The NG regulator ships factory-set to 4.0″ WC and is installed at the appliance.
• Propane only (standard 20 lb. LP cylinder): Order the "L" suffix configuration — TF25L, TF32L, TF40L, TFE25L, TFE32L, TFG30L, TFSB2L, TFPBL. The LP regulator ships factory-set to 11″ WC (10″ WC on the TFG30L griddle). Cylinder storage is built into every CART-TF and CART-TFE cart with cylinder lock-down hardware.
• Both gas types available: Either configuration works — both ship with a complete orifice conversion kit so the grill can be converted by a qualified gas technician if you ever switch fuel types.

TF and TFE share cooking area, cutout dimensions, burner BTU output, ignition system, and warranty terms at every shared size. The premium TF adds cast stainless main burners, full LED control-panel lighting with halogen interior, the option of the rear infrared burner on the 32″ and 40″ sizes, tighter 2″ non-combustible cutout clearances, and a 1,000 CFM hood requirement. TFE keeps the same cooking footprint with stainless tube main burners, no LED package, no rear burner option, 4″ non-combustible clearances, and a 1,200 CFM hood. If the buyer cooks mostly at night and wants the lit control panel and rotisserie option, TF is the right call. If the buyer cooks mostly during daylight hours and wants the same cooking footprint at a lower price, TFE delivers the same cutout, same warranty, and same cooking output at the entry tier.

• 25″ entry kitchen, smaller footprint, NG: TFE25 (Natural Gas) with a TFSB2 Side Burner for side-dish prep.
• 40″ flagship outdoor kitchen, NG, full cooking station: TF40 (Natural Gas) + TFG30 griddle + TFPB Power Burner. Grill, griddle, and wok station in one island.
