RETURN & REFUND POLICY — Serene Yards

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unassembled, and in original manufacturer's packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

Non-Returnable Items Special orders, custom products, clearance items, and certain parts are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Start a Return Contact our Customer Service team to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping anything back. Returns without an RA number will be refused.

Return Shipping Costs For returns due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong item ordered), return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We can provide a prepaid return label — the cost is deducted from your refund — or you can arrange your own carrier.

For returns due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we provide a prepaid return label at no cost and waive the restocking fee.

Restocking Fee & Refund Amount A 25% restocking fee applies to all customer-preference returns. Original outbound shipping is also non-refundable. For our-error returns, you receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
