He holds a Master’s Degree in International Trade, with research focused on how to create and manage sustainable online branding (case study: Rabbit Air). Over more than six years as a customer service consultant at Rabbit Air, a brand recognized with the Bizrate Circle of Excellence award for outstanding customer experiences, he learned firsthand what thoughtful, low-friction support looks like in practice.
At Serene Yards, he brings that experience to a different product category: turning complex product information and buying considerations into clear, practical guidance for homeowners, designers, and trade professionals. His editorial focus is helping customers understand material options, sizing, drainage, placement, and the trade-offs that matter before ordering.
