The BSB324 (32") delivers 56,000 BTU across 4 cast SS straight burners over 524 sq in (690 with warming rack), plus a 14,000 BTU rear rotisserie burner. The BSB405 (40") moves up to 70,000 BTU across 5 burners over 648 sq in (853 with warming rack), with a 15,000 BTU rear rotisserie burner. Push & Turn Flame Thrower ignition lights every burner without batteries or 120V power. Cutout: 8½″ × 20½″ × 31″ (BSB324) or 38″ (BSB405).

Broilmaster B Series Stainless Gas Grills Installation Overview

Built-in installation drops the BSB324 (32") or BSB405 (40") into a rough opening of 8½″ × 20½″ × 31″ (BSB324) or 8½″ × 20½″ × 38″ (BSB405); an optional Broilmaster stainless steel sleeve adds tolerance for the rough opening. Freestanding installation uses the Loaded trim with the integrated cart. Required clearances apply to either configuration: 16″ minimum from the sides of the grill to any combustible material, 18″ minimum from the rear, and no combustible overhead structure (no carports, awnings, or covered porches). Natural gas inlet pressure is 7.0″ water column; peak BTU demand is 70,000 BTU/hr on the BSB324 (4 main burners + 14,000 BTU rotisserie) or 85,000 BTU/hr on the BSB405 (5 main burners + 15,000 BTU rotisserie). How long does the Broilmaster B Series last?

Does the Broilmaster B Series include a rotisserie burner?

Yes. The B Series is the only Broilmaster grill series with a rear rotisserie burner standard in the head. The BSB324 (32") includes a 14,000 BTU rear rotisserie burner; the BSB405 (40") includes a 15,000 BTU rear rotisserie burner. The Premium, Super Premium, and Slow Cooker series sell rotisserie kits as optional accessories rather than built into the head.

Does the Broilmaster B Series need an electrical outlet or batteries?

No. The B Series uses Push & Turn Flame Thrower ignition that requires no AA battery and no 120V electrical connection.
