Return Eligibility
Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Custom-finished, made-to-order, and drilled-drainage pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return
Contact us first! Email customerservice@sereneyards.com or call 888.254.6088 to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

Return Costs

  • A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply to change-of-mind returns; we’ll confirm the amount when you request your RA number.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.
  • For returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

The Cuba Corner is a small low square planter box in fiberglass, 14 inches across and 12 inches tall, cut to sit into a corner where a longer trough cannot go. It is the corner unit of the Cuba series, sharing the same twelve-inch height as the rectangular lengths, so a corner and a run read as one continuous line rather than two planters that happen to meet.

Made from premium composite fiberglass, it is light enough to lift with one hand yet strong enough to live outside year-round, through freezing winters and full sun, without cracking, rusting, or fading. The shallow square opening suits a clipped box, a herb planting, or seasonal colour seen from above. Each Cuba Corner is finished to order in your chosen color and drilled for drainage only if you ask.
