The Panama comes in two lengths: 36 or 48 inches, both 12 inches deep and 18 inches tall. The tapered walls draw in slightly toward the base, so it suits a mixed planting or a tight row along a wall, ledge, or entry. Openings are about 8.8 inches deep.
Good to know: Made to order in your chosen color and shipped free from the U.S. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 weeks and arrive a few days after.

Jay Scotts hand-finishes each planter when you order it. Allow 2 to 10 business days of production before your order ships.
Shipping
Shipping is free within the contiguous 48 states, from U.S. facilities. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships; delivery usually takes another 2 to 7 business days.
Larger planters
Oversized pieces may arrive by freight carrier, who will call to schedule delivery. Please inspect the shipment before signing, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and send us photos within 48 hours. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Return Eligibility
Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Custom-finished, made-to-order, and drilled-drainage pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us first! Email customerservice@sereneyards.com or call 888.254.6088 to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.
Return Costs
- A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply to change-of-mind returns; we’ll confirm the amount when you request your RA number.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.
- For returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

The Panama is a rectangular fiberglass planter with gently tapered walls, narrower at the base than at the rim. That taper softens the box shape into something quieter and more architectural, twelve inches deep and eighteen inches tall, in two lengths from 36 to 48 inches. It reads as a clean, considered trough rather than a plain container.
Made from premium composite fiberglass, it stays light enough for one or two people to reposition yet strong enough to live outside year-round, through freezing winters and full sun, without cracking, rusting, or fading. The long, shallow run suits a mixed planting or a tight row along a wall, ledge, or entry. Each Panama is finished to order in your chosen color and drilled for drainage only if you ask, so it arrives ready for the spot you have in mind.

Living with it
Care & placement
Placement
The Panama works indoors or outdoors in any climate.
Care
Fill with lightweight potting soil only, never garden soil, sand, or rocks. Wipe clean with mild soap and water; an occasional wax keeps the finish bright, and touch-up paint is available for deeper scratches.
Handling
Fiberglass is light for the size (21-27 lb empty depending on length), but set it in its final spot before planting.
