Each planter is hand-finished when you order it. Allow 2 to 10 business days of production before your order ships.

Curbside freight delivery — $495
This planter ships on a pallet by freight truck. The driver lowers it to the curb with a liftgate; plan for a second person to move it into place. Free freight on orders over $2,000.

Scheduling
The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window, so please be available. Inspect the planter before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt itself, then report it to us in writing within 2 business days and keep all boxes and packing material. This planter is final sale except for a manufacturer defect or shipping damage handled this way. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

At Serene Yards, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Return Eligibility
Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Custom-finished, made-to-order, and drilled-drainage pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return
Contact us first! Email customerservice@sereneyards.com or call 888.254.6088 to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

Return Costs

  • A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply to change-of-mind returns; we’ll confirm the amount when you request your RA number.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.
  • For returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

The Sedona is a tall planter box in fiberglass, 32 inches high and 17 deep, in lengths from 36 to 72 inches, finished to look like stacked weathered walnut. At that height it works as a screen: a run of them divides a terrace or shields a seating area without the permanence of building a wall.

Made from premium composite fiberglass rather than timber, it carries the grain and colour of weathered walnut without the maintenance: it will not rot, split, warp or need sealing, and it stays put through freezing winters and full sun. The texture is moulded into the body, not printed on, so it survives handling and weather alike.

Care

Fill with lightweight potting soil only, never garden soil, sand, or rocks. Wipe clean with mild soap and water. The walnut texture is moulded into the fiberglass, so it needs no sealing, oiling or staining — unlike a timber planter.

Is this real wood?

No. The Sedona is premium composite fiberglass with a textured walnut finish moulded into the body. It gives the grain and colour of weathered walnut but will not rot, split, warp or need sealing, and it is far lighter than timber.

How is it different from the Siena?

Same footprint and finish, different height: the Sedona stands 32 inches tall, the Siena 24. Choose the Sedona to screen, the Siena to edge.

Does it come with drainage holes?

Not by default, so it can hold a liner. You can add drilled drainage free at checkout, though a drilled planter is final sale.

How heavy is it, and how does it ship?

From 56.2 lb for the 36 inch up to 99.2 lb for the 72 inch. It ships by curbside freight at a $495 flat rate, free over $2,000.
