Each planter is hand-finished when you order it. Allow 2 to 10 business days of production before your order ships.

Curbside freight delivery — $495
This planter ships on a pallet by freight truck. The driver lowers it to the curb with a liftgate; plan for a second person to move it into place. Free freight on orders over $2,000.

Scheduling
The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window, so please be available. Inspect the planter before signing and note any damage on the delivery receipt itself, then report it to us in writing within 2 business days and keep all boxes and packing material. This planter is final sale except for a manufacturer defect or shipping damage handled this way. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Return Eligibility
Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Custom-finished, made-to-order, and drilled-drainage pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return
Contact us first! Email customerservice@sereneyards.com or call 888.254.6088 to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

Return Costs

  • A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply to change-of-mind returns; we’ll confirm the amount when you request your RA number.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.
  • For returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

The Camoux is a narrow rectangular planter box in fiberglass, only eight inches deep and standing eighteen inches tall. It is the slimmest box in the range, drawn for places a standard trough will not fit: along a wall, between a walkway and a window, or on a balcony edge where depth is the constraint rather than length.

Made from premium composite fiberglass, it stays light enough for one person to reposition yet strong enough to live outside year-round, through freezing winters and full sun, without cracking, rusting, or fading. The narrow opening suits a run of grasses, a low hedge line, or a repeating planting where the box reads as a line rather than a container. Each Camoux is finished to order in your chosen color and drilled for drainage only if you ask.

The Camoux works indoors or outdoors in any climate.

Care

Fill with lightweight potting soil only, never garden soil, sand, or rocks. Wipe clean with mild soap and water; an occasional wax keeps the finish bright, and touch-up paint is available for deeper scratches.

Handling

Fiberglass is light for the size (36-59 lb empty depending on length), but set it in its final spot before planting.

How big is the Camoux?

Two lengths: 36 x 8 x 18 in and 48 x 8 x 18 in. Both are 8 inches deep with a 4 inch deep opening.

What is the narrow shape best for?

Tight runs. It suits a wall line, the edge of a walkway, or a balcony where a standard 16 or 24 inch deep trough would block the space.

What can I plant in it?

The opening is 4 inches deep, so it suits grasses, low hedging, trailing plants, or a seasonal display rather than a large specimen or a big nursery pot.

Does it come with drainage holes?

Not by default, so it can hold a liner. You can add drilled drainage free at checkout, though a drilled planter is final sale.

How does it ship?

By freight, free of charge. Fiberglass is light for the size, so it is manageable to position once it arrives.
