You are entitled to open each box and inspect the goods; if the driver will not wait, write on the paperwork that you could not check for concealed damage. Report it to us in writing within 24 hours of delivery at customerservice@sereneyards.com, with photos of the damage, the cartons and the packing material, and keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. Damage noted at delivery and reported this way is covered — contact us and we'll make it right, either by replacing the planter or refunding you. Curbside freight delivery
This size ships on a pallet by freight truck for a flat $395, free on orders over $2,000. The driver lowers it to the curb with a liftgate; plan for a second person to move it into place. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window, so please be available. Freight transit is usually 3 to 5 business days once the pallet leaves, and up to 7 to the Mountain states and the West Coast. You will get tracking when the pallet leaves, and we will confirm the delivery window with you once the carrier books it.

Return Eligibility
Cosapots planters may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, uninstalled, and in the original box with all factory packing materials. Planters with drainage holes added are final sale, because drilling cannot be undone. This does not affect your rights if the planter arrives damaged or defective.

Contact us first. Email customerservice@sereneyards.com or call 888.254.6088 for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA cannot be accepted.

The Lonno is a single length of trough, 78.7 inches long and 19.7 deep front to back. It is the longest Cosapots planter we carry and it exists to do in one piece what would otherwise take three.
That matters because the joint between two planters is the visual weak point of any run. At six and a half feet the Lonno covers a doorway, a terrace edge or a seating divide without one. The manufacturer rates it for four 18 inch grow pots, and the drawing gives an interior depth of 19.3 inches against an overall height of 24.2.
Cross ribs and support ribs are molded into the shell, which is what lets a span this long stay rigid in a composite. At 116 pounds packaged it is a two person lift empty and a permanent placement once filled. The shell is fiberglass combined with polyester, with structural reinforcements built into it. Five stone colors.

Cross ribs and support ribs are molded into the body, called out on the manufacturer's drawing. A composite trough this long needs them, and they are the reason it holds its line rather than bowing when filled.
The interior measures 19.3 inches deep, published off the drawing. The manufacturer rates it for four 18 inch grow pots, which is a continuous planting rather than four separate ones once the root balls meet.
The color is mixed into the material with natural colorants rather than applied as a coat, so it runs right through the piece.
Five standard finishes, colored right through the material with natural colorants rather than painted, so the stone-like finish is integral to the piece. On-screen color is a guide and can vary slightly from the finished paint.
