Cosapots ship sealed. Drainage is drilled for outdoor use.

Which should I choose?

Why it matters
Every Cosapots planter is sealed with a watertight layer on the inside, so an undrilled one holds whatever water goes into it. Cosapots specify drilled drainage for outdoor use, and note it matters most in regions that reach freezing temperatures.

Do I need it?

  • Outdoors: yes. Cosapots specify drainage for any outdoor use, so water can drain sufficiently from the planter.
  • Indoors: usually not. The sealed interior holds water rather than passing it to the floor, so an undrilled planter works as a cachepot or around a nursery liner.

What we do
Drilling is free and done to Cosapots' own specification before your planter ships.

One thing to know

  • Drilling cannot be undone, so a drilled planter is final sale.

Shipping & Delivery

Made to order
Each planter is hand-finished when you order it. Allow 3 to 5 business days of production before your order ships. Gloss finishes need 5 to 7.

Free ground shipping
This size ships free by ground within the contiguous 48 states. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships; delivery usually takes another 2 to 7 business days.

Returns
30 days from delivery, in new and unused condition in the original packaging, with a 30% restocking fee.

If it arrives damaged
Inspect the shipment before you sign. Note any damage on the bill of lading or delivery receipt before signing — to the boxes, the planter, or the packing material. Do not refuse the delivery: accept it, note the damage on the receipt and contact us, because a refused shipment carries a 30% restocking fee plus round-trip shipping under the manufacturer's terms. You are entitled to open each box and inspect the goods; if the driver will not wait, write on the paperwork that you could not check for concealed damage. Report it to us in writing within 24 hours of delivery at customerservice@sereneyards.com, with photos of the damage, the cartons and the packing material, and keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. Damage noted at delivery and reported this way is covered — contact us and we'll make it right, either by replacing the planter or refunding you. Damage not noted at the time of delivery is much harder to resolve, because the carrier claim depends on that record. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
Cosapots planters may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, uninstalled, and in the original box with all factory packing materials. Planters with drainage holes added are final sale, because drilling cannot be undone. This does not affect your rights if the planter arrives damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return
Contact us first. Email customerservice@sereneyards.com or call 888.254.6088 for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA cannot be accepted.

Return Costs

  • A 30% restocking fee applies to all authorized returns.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Where shipping was free or discounted, the original shipping cost may be assessed.
  • You arrange and prepay return shipping.
  • For returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee.

Final Sale
Freight orders are final sale except where the planter arrives damaged or defective. Your shipping method is shown on every size before you order.

Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, issued within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

Every Cosapots planter carries a five-year limited manufacturer warranty.

The Reglo is a narrow rectangle built to line up. Eleven point eight inches deep front to back in every size, which is what lets three of them sit along a wall or a balcony edge and read as one run rather than three planters. Three of the four sizes stand 32 inches tall; the fourth is the same footprint at half the height.

The three tall sizes have a molded floor set inside the body, well above the base, with a sealed void beneath it. A Reglo that stands 32 inches tall plants 17.7 inches deep, and weighs 23 pounds rather than the 40 it would at full depth. The plantable figure is the one we list, taken from the manufacturer's drawing for each size.

The low size has no internal floor and plants to the base. All four take a 10 inch grow pot, one in the shortest length and three in the longest, so a run can be planted with the same nursery stock throughout. Fiberglass combined with polyester, sealed on the inside with a watertight layer. Five stone colors, stocked, with the color mixed into the material rather than applied to it.

Reglo Modular Rectangle Fiberglass Planter in the studio

A narrow rectangle, built to line up.

Built to last

Every piece we carry is chosen to last, indoors or out, and look considered for years, not seasons.

The run

One depth, three lengths

Every Reglo is 11.8 inches front to back. Lengths of 11.8, 23.6 and 35.4 inches line up end to end without a step, and the joint between two units is the only visual break. Fewer and longer reads better, so take the longest length your access route allows.

Plantable depth

Seventeen inches of soil in a thirty-two inch box

The three tall sizes carry a molded floor 17.7 inches below the rim, with a sealed void underneath. Roots have 17.7 inches, and a 32 inch Reglo weighs 23 pounds packaged against the 40 a full-depth box of the same height would weigh. The figure comes off the manufacturer's drawing for each size.

The low one

Same footprint, half the height

The 16.3 inch Reglo shares the 35.4 by 11.8 inch footprint of the tallest and plants to its base rather than to an internal floor. It suits a windowsill run or a low divider where a 32 inch box would block the view.

Color in the material

The color is mixed into the material with natural colorants rather than applied as a coat, so it runs right through the piece.

Five standard finishes, colored right through the material with natural colorants rather than painted, so the stone-like finish is integral to the piece. On-screen color is a guide and can vary slightly from the finished paint.

Questions, answered

How deep can I actually plant a Reglo?

17.7 inches on the three tall sizes. They stand 32 inches, but a molded floor sits 17.7 inches below the rim with a sealed void beneath it. The low size plants to its base.

Why is the planting depth less than the height?

The three tall sizes have a molded internal floor 17.7 inches below the rim. A 32 inch Reglo weighs 23 pounds packaged, against the 40 a full-depth box of the same height would weigh.

What fits in one?

A 10 inch grow pot. The shortest length takes one, the middle takes two and the longest takes three.

Can I line several up?

That is the intent. All four sizes are 11.8 inches deep, so lengths of 11.8, 23.6 and 35.4 inches combine into a continuous run.

What is the difference between the tall sizes and the low one?

The low size is the same 35.4 by 11.8 inch footprint at 16.3 inches tall, and it has no internal floor.

How does it ship?

The 11.8 inch square goes by ground. The three longer sizes ship by freight on a pallet.

Can I drill drainage myself after delivery?

Yes. Drainage is free if you ask for it before we ship, and a drilled planter is final sale. If you would rather drill later, use a 25 mm bit suitable for metal materials. Drill before planting, not after.

Will watering mark my terrace or decking?

It can. Water carries growing media out with it, so protect the surface underneath, particularly on timber, pale stone or interior flooring. On a terrace, balcony or roof, also check the filled weight against what the structure carries: soil is the heaviest part, not the planter.
