You are entitled to open each box and inspect the goods; if the driver will not wait, write on the paperwork that you could not check for concealed damage. Report it to us in writing within 2 business days of delivery at customerservice@sereneyards.com, with photos of the damage, the cartons and the packing material, and keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. Damage noted at delivery and reported this way is covered — contact us and we'll make it right, either by replacing the planter or refunding you. Curbside freight delivery — $395
This size ships on a pallet by freight truck for a flat $395, free on orders over $2,000. The driver lowers it to the curb with a liftgate; plan for a second person to move it into place. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window, so please be available.

Return Eligibility
Cosapots planters may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, uninstalled, and in the original box with all factory packing materials. Planters with drainage holes added are final sale, because drilling cannot be undone. This does not affect your rights if the planter arrives damaged or defective.

The Mondo is the shape the rest of the Cosapots range is measured against. A rounded barrel that pulls in at the base and again at the rim, so it reads as a single curve rather than a cylinder with a lip. Eight sizes run from an 8.5 inch tabletop piece to a 42 inch specimen planter, which is an unusually long span for one profile and the reason a Mondo grouping holds together where a mixed grouping does not.
The body is wider than the opening on every size above the tabletop tier. A Mondo 50 measures 20.9 inches across the belly and 18.5 at the rim, and a Mondo 100 is 42 inches against 37.8. That matters twice: the belly figure is what decides whether it fits an alcove, and the rim figure is what decides what goes in. We publish both, taken from the drawing for that size rather than from a catalog.
Every size is published with the manufacturer's own dimension drawing, and the drawing changes when you change the size. Cohesa, their fiberglass and polyester composite, puts the stone color through the body rather than over it, so the surface reads as mineral rather than as a finish applied to a shape. The Mondo holds the same barrel through a span most families cannot: 8.5 inches to 42, a factor of five. Grouped, the sizes read as one object repeated rather than as three different planters. The base draws in enough to lift the body visually without making it unstable, because the thin rim lowers the center of gravity.
On a barrel the widest point sits below the rim, so a single diameter tells you the wrong thing depending on what you are asking. A Mondo 66 is 27.6 inches at the belly and 24.6 at the opening. The first is the clearance you need, the second is what the root ball has to pass through. Both are on the page for every size.
Fiberglass combined with polyester and natural additives, hand molded over three to seven days per piece, with structural reinforcement built into the shell. The stone appearance comes from mineral colorants mixed into the material rather than a coat applied to it.
