If it arrives damaged
Inspect the shipment before you sign. Note any damage on the bill of lading or delivery receipt before signing — to the boxes, the planter, or the packing material. A Jay Scotts delivery that arrives visibly damaged or not intact may also be refused outright. Do not refuse a Cosapots delivery: accept it, note the damage on the receipt and contact us, because a refused Cosapots shipment carries a 30% restocking fee plus round-trip shipping under the manufacturer's terms. You are entitled to open each box and inspect the goods; if the driver will not wait, write on the paperwork that you could not check for concealed damage. Report it to us in writing within 2 business days of delivery at customerservice@sereneyards.com, with photos of the damage, the cartons and the packing material, and keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. Damage noted at delivery and reported this way is covered — contact us and we'll make it right, either by replacing the planter or refunding you. This size ships on a pallet by freight truck for a flat $395, free on orders over $2,000. The driver lowers it to the curb with a liftgate; plan for a second person to move it into place. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window, so please be available.

Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
Cosapots planters may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, uninstalled, and in the original box with all factory packing materials. Planters with drainage holes added are final sale, because drilling cannot be undone. This does not affect your rights if the planter arrives damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
Contact us first. Email customerservice@sereneyards.com or call 888.254.6088 for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA cannot be accepted.
Return Costs
- A 30% restocking fee applies to all authorized returns.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Where shipping was free or discounted, the original shipping cost may be assessed.
- You arrange and prepay return shipping.
- For returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee.
Final Sale
Freight orders are final sale except where the planter arrives damaged or defective. Your shipping method is shown on every size before you order.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, issued within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
Every Cosapots planter carries a five-year limited manufacturer warranty.

The Mondo High is the Mondo barrel drawn upward. Two sizes standing 30.9 and 35.6 inches, with the same rounded shoulder and thin rim, so it groups with a Mondo without repeating it.
The body is considerably wider than the opening, more so than on the standard Mondo. A Mondo High 45 measures 22.1 inches across the belly and 16.5 at the rim. The belly figure is the clearance you need and the rim figure is what the root ball passes through, so we publish both, taken from the drawing for that size.
Height on a narrow rim is what makes these work in a hallway or a stairwell, where a wider planter would be in the way. Every size is published with its own drawing. Six stone colors, with the color mixed into the material.

The belly is wider than the rim by five inches
A Mondo High 45 is 22.1 inches at its widest and 16.5 at the opening. That gap is wider than on the standard Mondo, and it matters in both directions: clearance is set by the belly, planting by the rim. Both are on the page for both sizes.
Cohesa, hand molded
Fiberglass combined with polyester and natural additives, hand molded over three to seven days per piece, with structural reinforcement built into the shell. The thin rim indicates the maximum fill height and lowers the center of gravity.
Finished in your color
Every planter is finished to order in the color you choose, then shipped to you.
Six standard finishes, hand-finished to order in the color you choose. Custom colors are available on request. On-screen color is a guide and can vary slightly from the finished paint.
