Low, but not shallow
24.4 by 13.6 inches and 36.6 by 19.9, roughly two to one at both sizes. Enough depth for a shrub, low enough that the planting rather than the planter carries the height.

If it arrives damaged
Inspect the shipment before you sign. Note any damage on the bill of lading or delivery receipt before signing — to the boxes, the planter, or the packing material. Do not refuse the delivery: accept it, note the damage on the receipt and contact us, because a refused shipment carries a 30% restocking fee plus round-trip shipping under the manufacturer's terms. You are entitled to open each box and inspect the goods; if the driver will not wait, write on the paperwork that you could not check for concealed damage. Report it to us in writing within 24 hours of delivery at customerservice@sereneyards.com, with photos of the damage, the cartons and the packing material, and keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. Damage noted at delivery and reported this way is covered — contact us and we'll make it right, either by replacing the planter or refunding you. Damage not noted at the time of delivery is much harder to resolve, because the carrier claim depends on that record. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Curbside freight delivery
This size ships on a pallet by freight truck for a flat $395, free on orders over $2,000. The driver lowers it to the curb with a liftgate; plan for a second person to move it into place. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window, so please be available. Freight transit is usually 3 to 5 business days once the pallet leaves, and up to 7 to the Mountain states and the West Coast. You will get tracking when the pallet leaves, and we will confirm the delivery window with you once the carrier books it.
Returns
This size is final sale except for a manufacturer defect or shipping damage.

Return Eligibility
Cosapots planters may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, uninstalled, and in the original box with all factory packing materials. Planters with drainage holes added are final sale, because drilling cannot be undone. This does not affect your rights if the planter arrives damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return

Roco Low Round Fiberglass Planter - 24.4"D × 13.6"H / Carbon Stone is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
The Roco is a low round planter with a full curve to the base, about twice as wide as it is tall. Two sizes, 24.4 and 36.6 inches across, standing 13.6 and 19.9.
It sits between a bowl and a barrel. Deeper than a Cavo, so it will take a shrub rather than only bedding, but low enough to keep a planting below a sightline. The manufacturer rates the smaller for three 12 inch grow pots and the larger for three 18 inch, which points at grouped rather than single planting.
Every size is published with the manufacturer's own dimension drawing, and the opening runs close to the full diameter: 23.2 inches on the smaller and 35 on the larger. The shell is fiberglass combined with polyester, and the thin rim marks the maximum fill height. Six stone colors, with the color mixed into the material.
The opening is measured at the rim; the body is wider than the rim on this shape.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, weights and dimensions may vary slightly.
A low round with a full curve to the base.
Every piece we carry is chosen to last, indoors or out, and look considered for years, not seasons.
24.4 by 13.6 inches and 36.6 by 19.9, roughly two to one at both sizes. Enough depth for a shrub, low enough that the planting rather than the planter carries the height.
23.2 inches on the smaller size against a 24.4 inch body, and 35 against 36.6 on the larger. Almost the whole diameter is available to plant into, which is what makes three grow pots fit side by side.
Fiberglass combined with polyester and natural additives, hand molded over three to seven days per piece, with structural reinforcement built into the shell. The stone appearance comes from mineral colorants mixed into the material rather than a coat applied to it.
The color is mixed into the material with natural colorants rather than applied as a coat, so it runs right through the piece.
Six standard finishes, colored right through the material with natural colorants rather than painted, so the stone-like finish is integral to the piece. On-screen color is a guide and can vary slightly from the finished paint.
