This size ships free by ground within the contiguous 48 states. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships; delivery usually takes another 2 to 7 business days.

30 days from delivery, unused and in the original packaging, with a 30% restocking fee. Refunded to your original payment method. Drilled planters are final sale. Freight orders are final sale except where the planter arrives damaged or defective.
If it arrives damaged
Inspect the shipment before you sign. Note any damage on the bill of lading or delivery receipt before signing — to the boxes, the planter, or the packing material. A Jay Scotts delivery that arrives visibly damaged or not intact may also be refused outright. Do not refuse a Cosapots delivery: accept it, note the damage on the receipt and contact us, because a refused Cosapots shipment carries a 30% restocking fee plus round-trip shipping under the manufacturer's terms. You are entitled to open each box and inspect the goods; if the driver will not wait, write on the paperwork that you could not check for concealed damage. Report it to us in writing within 2 business days of delivery at customerservice@sereneyards.com, with photos of the damage, the cartons and the packing material, and keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. Damage noted at delivery and reported this way is covered — contact us and we'll make it right, either by replacing the planter or refunding you. Damage not noted at the time of delivery is much harder to resolve, because the carrier claim depends on that record. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Curbside freight delivery — $395
This size ships on a pallet by freight truck for a flat $395, free on orders over $2,000. The driver lowers it to the curb with a liftgate; plan for a second person to move it into place. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window, so please be available.

Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
Cosapots planters may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, uninstalled, and in the original box with all factory packing materials. Planters with drainage holes added are final sale, because drilling cannot be undone. This does not affect your rights if the planter arrives damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
Contact us first. Email customerservice@sereneyards.com or call 888.254.6088 for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA cannot be accepted.
Return Costs
- A 30% restocking fee applies to all authorized returns.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Where shipping was free or discounted, the original shipping cost may be assessed.
- You arrange and prepay return shipping.
- For returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee.
Final Sale
Freight orders are final sale except where the planter arrives damaged or defective. Your shipping method is shown on every size before you order.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, issued within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
Every Cosapots planter carries a five-year limited manufacturer warranty.

The Semplito is one footprint at two heights. 39.4 by 19.7 inches in plan, standing 16.3 and 24.2 inches, so a pair of them steps up in height without changing width or depth.
That is unusual and it is the point. Two Semplitos in a row read as one composition at two heights rather than as two different planters, which is what you want against a wall or as a stepped divider. Both take two 18 inch grow pots.
Every size is published with the manufacturer's own dimension drawing, and support ribs are molded into the shell to keep the long faces flat. Five stone colors, with the color mixed into the material rather than applied to it.

Two 18 inch grow pots, at every height
The manufacturer rates both sizes for two 18 inch grow pots. The planting is the same across the set, so the height is a design decision rather than a capacity one.
Ribbed to hold the face
Support ribs are molded into the walls and called out on the manufacturer's drawing. A flat panel nearly forty inches long needs them, and they are why the sides stay flat when it is filled.
Finished in your color
Every planter is finished to order in the color you choose, then shipped to you.
Five standard finishes, hand-finished to order in the color you choose. Custom colors are available on request. On-screen color is a guide and can vary slightly from the finished paint.
