Sizes are the diameter by height: 18 inches wide by 29 tall, or 24 by 35, each a tapered round vessel with an opening about 14.9 or 20.4 inches across, narrowing to a small 9 or 12 inch base. The 18 inch works well as a paired accent flanking a doorway or gate; the 24 inch stands as a single tall statement piece. Both suit an upright specimen, a small tree, or a full trailing planting that spills over the wide rim. Use lightweight potting soil only.

Jay Scotts hand-finishes each planter when you order it. Allow 2 to 10 business days of production before your order ships.
Shipping
Shipping is free within the contiguous 48 states, from U.S. facilities. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships; delivery usually takes another 2 to 7 business days.
Larger planters
Oversized pieces may arrive by freight carrier, who will call to schedule delivery. Please inspect the shipment before signing, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and send us photos within 48 hours. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Return Eligibility
Items must be new, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Special orders and certain parts cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us first! Email customerservice@sereneyards.com or call 888.254.6088 to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.
Return Costs
- A 25% restocking fee applies.

The Brannan is a tall, tapered round planter in fiberglass. A single curved wall runs the full height, drawing in steadily from a wide, extra-open mouth to a narrow rounded base, with no shoulder or neck to break the line. At 18 inches across and 29 inches tall it holds its footprint while standing tall, a clean vertical accent for a doorway, a stair landing, or either side of a gate.
Made from premium composite fiberglass, it stays light enough for one person to reposition yet strong enough to live outside year-round, through freezing winters and full sun, without cracking, rusting, or fading. The wide mouth suits an upright specimen, a small tree, or a full trailing planting that spills over the curved rim. Each Brannan is finished to order in your chosen color and drilled for drainage only if you ask, so it arrives ready for the spot you have in mind.

Living with it
Care & placement
Placement
The Brannan works indoors or outdoors in any climate. Its fiberglass body is frost-proof and UV-stable, so it can stay outside year-round without cracking or fading.
Drainage
Ordered without holes by default, so it can hold a liner or double as a cachepot. Add drilled drainage on request; a drilled planter is finished to order and non-returnable.
Care
Fill with lightweight potting soil only, never garden soil, sand, or rocks. Wipe clean with mild soap and water; an occasional wax keeps the finish bright, and touch-up paint is available for deeper scratches.
Handling
Fiberglass is light for the size (about 14.7 to 25.4 lb empty), but the tall profile has a narrow base, so set it in its final spot before planting and mind its balance in high wind.
