Each planter is hand-finished when you order it. Allow 5 to 10 business days of production before your order ships.
Free ground shipping
This size ships free by ground within the contiguous 48 states. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships; delivery usually takes another 2 to 7 business days.
Returns
30 days from delivery, in new and unused condition in the original packaging, with a 30% restocking fee and return shipping at your cost.
If it arrives damaged
Inspect the shipment before you sign. If it arrives visibly damaged or not intact, you may refuse it. If you accept it, note the damage on the bill of lading or delivery receipt before signing — to the boxes, the planter, or the packing material. You are entitled to open each box and inspect the goods; if the driver will not wait, write on the paperwork that you could not check for concealed damage. Report it to us in writing within 2 business days of delivery at customerservice@sereneyards.com, with photos of the damage, the cartons and the packing material, and keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. Damage noted at delivery and reported this way is covered — contact us and we'll make it right, either by replacing the planter or refunding you. Made to order
Each planter is hand-finished when you order it. Allow 5 to 10 business days of production before your order ships.
Curbside freight delivery — $495
This size ships on a pallet by freight truck for a flat $495, free on orders over $2,000. The driver lowers it to the curb with a liftgate; plan for a second person to move it into place. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window, so please be available.
Returns

Return Eligibility
Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Drilled-drainage planters are final sale, because drilling is done to order and cannot be undone. This does not affect your rights if the planter arrives damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us first! Email customerservice@sereneyards.com or call 888.254.6088 to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.
Return Costs
- A 30% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.
- For returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

Twelve inches across and thirty-two inches tall. The Saint Tropez is drawn for the places where height is available and floor is not.
Only the Corry Cylinder is drawn narrower for its height. It fits a doorway reveal, the gap between two windows, the edge of a terrace where a walkway has already claimed the width. The wall rises with very little taper before rounding into the bullet head, so usable volume carries most of the way down instead of pinching toward the base. A single upright gets real root room out of a body you can span with two hands.
Five sizes, and the smallest is the most extreme: the proportion eases from nearly three to one down to about two to one and stays there as the diameter grows. Set the tall narrow one where a person walks past it and it reads as a marker. The two largest do something else entirely, standing four and five feet before planting, which is lobby and atrium scale rather than doorway scale.
The trade is stability, since nothing this slim stands up to a shove, so weight the base before planting and keep it out of a wind funnel. The smaller two ship by ground; from twenty inches it is freight. Non-porous, so it does not take up the water that expands on freezing, and hand-finished to order in one of nineteen colors.
