Lima Tapered Square Planter - 12" / White is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
Sizes are the exterior square, and the walls taper in toward a smaller base. The 12" suits a single shrub or a pair flanking a door. The 16" anchors a patio corner. The 20" holds a substantial planting, and the 24" takes a small tree with a 20.4" opening to plant into.
Good to know: Made to order in your chosen color and shipped free from the U.S. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 weeks and arrive a few days after.

Jay Scotts hand-finishes each planter when you order it. Allow 2 to 10 business days of production before your order ships.
Shipping
Shipping is free within the contiguous 48 states, from U.S. facilities. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships; delivery usually takes another 2 to 7 business days.
Larger planters
Oversized pieces may arrive by freight carrier, who will call to schedule delivery. Please inspect the shipment before signing, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and send us photos within 48 hours. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Return Eligibility
Items must be new, unused, unassembled, and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Special orders and certain parts cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us first! Email customerservice@sereneyards.com or call 888.254.6088 to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.
Return Costs
- A 25% restocking fee applies.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The Lima is a tapered square fiberglass planter whose walls draw inward as they fall, meeting a compact base that lifts the whole form off the ground. Crisp corners keep it architectural; the soft taper keeps it from feeling heavy, so it holds a corner without dominating it.
Made from premium composite fiberglass, it stays light enough for one person to reposition yet strong enough to live outside year-round, through freezing winters and full sun, without cracking, rusting, or fading. The opening is wide relative to the base, so there is real planting room up top: room for a clipped boxwood, a seasonal display, or a small tree in the larger sizes. Each Lima is finished to order in your chosen color and drilled for drainage only if you ask, so it arrives ready for the spot you have in mind.

Living with it
Care & placement
Placement
The Lima works indoors or outdoors in any climate. Its fiberglass body is frost-proof and UV-stable, so it can stay outside year-round without cracking or fading.
Drainage
Ordered without holes by default, so it can hold a liner or double as a cachepot. Add drilled drainage at checkout if you plan to plant directly (note: a drilled planter is final sale).
Care
Wipe clean with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive pads. In freezing climates, keep soil from sitting waterlogged over winter so trapped water cannot expand against the walls.
Handling
Fiberglass is light for its size, but a filled planter is heavy. Position it before planting, and lift from the base rather than the rim.
