Each planter is hand-finished when you order it. Allow 5 to 10 business days of production before your order ships.
Free ground shipping
This size ships free by ground within the contiguous 48 states. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships; delivery usually takes another 2 to 7 business days.
Returns
30 days from delivery, in new and unused condition in the original packaging, with a 30% restocking fee and return shipping at your cost.
If it arrives damaged
Inspect the shipment before you sign. If it arrives visibly damaged or not intact, you may refuse it. If you accept it, note the damage on the bill of lading or delivery receipt before signing — to the boxes, the planter, or the packing material. You are entitled to open each box and inspect the goods; if the driver will not wait, write on the paperwork that you could not check for concealed damage. Report it to us in writing within 2 business days of delivery at customerservice@sereneyards.com, with photos of the damage, the cartons and the packing material, and keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. Damage noted at delivery and reported this way is covered — contact us and we'll make it right, either by replacing the planter or refunding you. Each planter is hand-finished when you order it. Allow 5 to 10 business days of production before your order ships.
Curbside freight delivery — $495
This size ships on a pallet by freight truck for a flat $495, free on orders over $2,000. The driver lowers it to the curb with a liftgate; plan for a second person to move it into place. The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window, so please be available.

Return Eligibility
Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Drilled-drainage planters are final sale, because drilling is done to order and cannot be undone. This does not affect your rights if the planter arrives damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us first! Email customerservice@sereneyards.com or call 888.254.6088 to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.
Return Costs
- A 30% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns.
- For returns due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we cover return shipping and waive the restocking fee.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

The Toulan is the square answer to a column. Flat faces, sharp corners, and a body that stands about twice as tall as it is wide at all six sizes.
Squareness is what it is for. A round planter of the same height reads as softer, and in a setting with straight lines already in it, a doorway or a run of glazing or a paved edge, the softer thing can look like it wandered in from somewhere else. Flat faces pick up the lines that are already there. The taper toward the base then stops the whole thing from reading as a solid pillar, so it has height without mass.
The proportion holds as it grows: twelve by twenty-two, sixteen by thirty, eighteen by thirty-six, twenty by forty-two, twenty-three by forty-eight, twenty-eight by sixty. That is unusual, since most families get squatter in their larger sizes, and it means a pair in different sizes still look related.
Where the range divides is what the planter is doing. Up to eighteen inches it is a marker beside a door, light enough for one person and shipped by ground. From twenty inches it passes waist height, travels by freight and starts dividing space instead of punctuating it; the twenty-eight stands five feet tall before anything is planted in it. Note the pot figures throughout, which are smaller than the outside suggests because the base narrows, and ballast the bottom before planting anything with a canopy. Non-porous, so it does not take up the water that expands on freezing, and hand-finished to order in the color you choose.
