What can be returned?

New, unused, unassembled, and "resalable" items

In original packaging

Within 30 days of delivery

Special exceptions:

Special orders and non-stock items cannot be returned.

How to return?

Contact our customer service team by email (customerservice@sereneyards.com) or phone (888.254.6088) to initiate a return and get a Return Authorization (RA).

Pack your items securely in the original packaging.

Clearly mark the package with the RA number.

Ship the package to the address we provide.

Return costs:

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Refunds:

Once we receive and approve your returned items, we'll refund your purchase price, minus the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-7 business days.

Cancellations:

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production begins.
