Height and strong color compound each other. A tall cobalt column at the end of a walkway or beside a door is the thing people look at, which makes it useful where you want to mark a point rather than describe an edge. That is the opposite of what a tall neutral does, and it is worth being deliberate about: two of them either side of an entrance reads as intent, a row of six along a wall reads as a fence.
The finish carries the argument at this size. Matte Cobalt has no sheen, so a tall face holds one tone from top to bottom rather than picking up a highlight down one edge, and the color stays even where light rakes across it. It is an automotive-grade, UV-resistant paint system on a non-porous shell.
